Return and exchange policy
At ODS Collection, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return period
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item to us.
Return conditions
To be accepted, your article must be:
- In its original condition, unworn and unwashed
- With all tags attached
- In its original packaging
Return procedure
To make a return:
- Contact us by email or phone to let us know you wish to return
- We will provide you with instructions for the return
- Return the item under the conditions indicated above.
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days .
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, contact us and we will guide you through the process.
In-store pickup
For orders collected in Marseille, you can make a return or exchange directly during your collection appointment if the item does not suit you.
